Growth Doesn't Wait for Confidence
You know that moment...right before a big pitch, a team presentation, or the final seconds of the game. Your heart races, hands get clammy, and suddenly your voice doesn’t sound quite right.
I had one of those moments on set—playing a nurse opposite Liam Neeson. I reached out to grab his hand… and mine was soaked with sweat. Not exactly the composed, confident vibe I was going for. Sometimes we can prepare and keep our nerves in check. Other times, we’re thrown straight into the deep end. But in those moments, I remind myself: You're here for a reason. This is a chance to show what you can do. So I take a breath—and keep going.
Isn’t it wild how often our insecurities try to sabotage our momentum, right when opportunity is knocking at the door?
This new film reel is a snapshot of moments like that, times when I had to show up, even with butterflies. I hope it reminds you to show up for yourself and team as well. If you’ve got a couple minutes, I’d love to share it with you.

Leaving out good work is never easy,
but sometimes a scene just doesn’t serve a reel.
A few common reasons:
· When you're not clearly visible
· You're character is out of focus or in the background
· Just didn’t fit with the other material, but maybe better suited for another genre reel.
