Great to meet you!

Tabitha grew up on a peach farm in rural Alabama, and has a bachelors degree in graphic design. She currently resides in Tallahassee, FL.

As a kid, she thought she came from a long line of teachers, and always thought she too would be a teacher. She later learned she actually came from a family of entrepreneurs. Cool, right? Her aunt became a hairdresser, grandad was a farmer, grandmother had two successful businesses, one of which is still in operation today after only recently being sold. Her dad has had a side hustle as long as she can remember.

After college, she even tried coaching. Not the life/career coaching you typically see today. Like the kind with a whistle and yelling at college kids that have no clue what's going on. While rewarding, still wasn't what she was looking for.

Fast forward: Launched her voice over career with narrating abridged audiobooks, some call this TLDR, or for the older crowd, "cliffs notes" versions of nonfiction and biographical novels. Her career has since evolved into voicing commercials, e-learning, & corporate narration. Each new gig opportunity gives her the push she needs to work to find the next one. It's absolutely exhilarating.

Since she lives so close to the prominent FSU film school, she found herself on set with rising directors and gaining the experience to start auditioning for on-camera roles. Now she has acted as an owl mascot for a credit union ad, a server in a commercial with Kirk Herbstreit, and a pasta chef on a Lifetime movie with Garcelle Beauvais.

Networking and creating community around similar interests and likeminded individuals has been integral to her growth and career. She learned to work together as a team while playing for the inaugural women's professional Ultimate frisbee team in Nashville. As a college newspaper editor-in-chief, she developed problem solving skills. After tearing her ACL and attending an entire year of PT, mastered grit and determination. But she didn't get there alone. She found a fitness community on Twitch (of all places) and learned healthy habits for nutrition and training from so many encouraging people. Locally, she attends creative community meet-ups with producers, designers, artists, and authors. Even the voiceover community has adopted her, they are always inspiring and regularly offer great advice and mentorship.

Let’s record something special.
